Well, that was a surprise!
I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service from the staff, especially Oliver and Angel, who made us feel like VIPs. The kids loved the activities, and the food was top-notch! Celebrating a birthday poolside was unforgettable, thanks to the team. Our clean, scenic room enhanced the experience. Truly magical!

great facilities , but beach cleanliness needs attention
The layout of the resort made it easy for us to navigate, especially with kids in tow. The staff was attentive and always around to help, making our stay more enjoyable. We loved the coffee bar and found it to be a delightful bonus, especially in the morning. The sea view from our room added a special touch to our experience, providing beautiful sunrises to start our days.
The beach area was disappointing due to the excessive amounts of seaweed.

The kids activities were absolutely amazing! Our boys loved the foam pit and zip line. 😊 On the downside, the breakfast service was really slow, which was tough with impatient little ones.

The Family Room was really spacious, perfect for our kids. The bunk beds were a hit! The bed felt super comfy, and the ocean view was awesome. The room service was quick and tasty too. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean without us even asking. There was just enough space for everyone to spread out and relax.

The resort features wonderful facilities, with excellent pools and engaging activities that kept the kids entertained, such as a trampoline park and zip line. Meals were a highlight, particularly the Mexican beach party with its delicious spread, and the coffee and ice cream bars were delightful surprises. However, the beach was disappointing due to significant seaweed, which left little room for swimming. Additionally, while the room was well-maintained, the air conditioning struggled in common areas, making some parts uncomfortable.
